River Ridge Retreat is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us to cancel your reservation, per the below policy. Voice messages will not suffice.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

If you would like to move your reservation to another date, we do that one time as a courtesy as long as it is done 7 days prior to the arrival date with no penalties.

14+ days prior to arrival - Full refund (less $25 processing fee) or camp credit

7-13 days prior to arrival- Camp credit

Less than 7-day notice- no refund or camp credit. We do not credit/refund for early departure, late arrivals or no shows.
